A letter to Ponyboy

Dear Ponyboy:

       Hi, Ponyboy. What’s up? I heard your greasers said we always have good grades, good girls, madras, and Mustangs and Corvairs. But I think you guys are wrong, your thoughts are too simple sometimes naive.

       First of all, the life of Soc is not always be very good. Our achievement are not with us when we were born. You can not understand how hard we worked in school and make good grade. I used to hate school and get fight with my classmates like you did, but I tried to work hard and focus on my class note. I also avoid to have argument with other students in my class. Finally I did not hate school anymore and I got very good grades. We have pretty girls because we have good grade and emotion than you guys.

       In addition, we are richer than you guys, but you shouldn’t think about that more money equal to better life. That isn’t true. Although we have enough money and good cars, we can’t do everything we want to do.

       I still not understand why you think we are your big enemy. Just think we are richer than you guys and some other things?

       This is what I want to say, I think we don’t need to be enemies, we can be peaceful. I don’t want more people died between the conflict of Soc and Greaser.
