My favorite soccer team

       My favorite soccer team is Shanghai Shenhua F.C, because I live in Shanghai, this team is my home team. I started watching soccer since 2010, the first team I watched was Shanghai Shenhua F.C. At that time, Shanghai only had one team that was Shenhua, but now Shanghai has three teams.

       There were a lot of famous players in Shenhua’s history, such as Demba Ba, Freddy Guarin, Giovani Moreno, Didier Drogba and so on. Shenhua used to be the best team in China and we got two League Champions in 1995 and 2003. At that time, people called Shenhua “the Chinese Manchester United”.

20 years ago, Shanghai Shenhua and Beijing Guoan were two of the best teams in the Chinese Soccer Super League. But now, Guangzhou EverGrande and Shanghai SIPG are two best teams in China. Shenhua became worse and worse every year. A lot of Shenhua fans went to support the Shanghai SIPG, but I still like Shenhua, I believed it will be the best again in the future 5 years.

       Now, Shenhua is at the 13 place in the Chinese Super League, it is a very bad grade, so the manager fired the coach named Gustavo Poyet last month, and changed the coach to Wu Jingui. There are 5 games left, I think Shenhua can be better than now. Also, Shenhua is in the semi-final of the Chinese FA Cup, I wish Shenhua can get the champion this year.

       I have become the fan of Shenhua for 7 years. Now Shenhua is my belief, I wish we can be the top 3 team next year.
